Offer expert guidance to account managers throughout the recruitment journey, from crafting job descriptions to candidate selection. Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey from initial outreach to seamless onboarding. Serve as a brand advocate, showcasing our company's culture and opportunities to potential hires. Market Research and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions in IT, finance, and engineering sectors. Conduct in-depth market research to keep our compensation and benefits competitive. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain meticulous candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Qualifications: Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. Deep understanding of recruiting techniques, tools, and best practices. Stellar communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational and time management abilities.
