As an Inside Sales/Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Inside Sales: Identify and target potential clients through outbound sales efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years experience inside sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively and make informed hiring decisions. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Attributes: Results-oriented and self-motivated.
