Minimum Requirement Qualification as Biologist / Food micro Biologist/Food Technology Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in food safety Strong Administrative Skills Strong reporting skills. High Proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities: Your role will involve providing technical support to Hygine, maintaining and improving food safety and management systems for all cafes, Maintaining and improving the food safety and management system for all cafes, Closing Audit findings and Risk Management, in-store trials and reporting thereof. Provide technical support to hygiene on a regional level. Assist with maintaining and improving the food safety and management system for the café. Closing of audit findings and risk management. Completeing NCRS and upskilling ream. Assisting with in-store trials and reporting thereof. Food Safety and Hygiene: Internal Audits Audits for stores as per schedule, drives Café Manager's monthly audits in store. IBL external Audits: Assist with corrective action plans for stores and communicating accurate and timely feedback to technologists. Thermometer Calibration: Drive tests being submitted within the 2 window period as shared with stores. Escalation and Reporting: Drive Structural, Pest, and Chemical Escalations in-store with Regional Ops Team and store team. Conducting Root cause investigations on high-priority stores and providing feedback in reports from relevant parties. Risk Management: Manage and Feedback on store closure that results from risk management, see the process through from start to finish. Assessment and Validation: Assist with Instore Validation of Coaches and Supervisors on Hygiene and Food Safety Ecolab: Assisting with SOP for dilution and driving control of chemicals with beverage regional team. Training: Responsible for in-store Coaching of Hygiene Audits for Café Managers, upskilling, and training of BOH supervisors. Driving shelf life cards in store, and training as required.
