Managing both internal and external sales teams Increasing market share Recruiting, training and coaching sales teams Building healthy customer relations Ensuring sales targets are met consistently Revenue growth Tracking and reviewing sales results Managing sales pipelines Creating strategic sales plans Generating new leads Networking and gaining new clients Matric with preferrably mathematics and accounting subjects Own car and valid driver's license Sales diploma or degree Available to travel overnight on a regular basis Minimum 5 years sales staff management experience Excellent negotiation skills Excellent communication skills Energetic and dynamic personality Market related salary and benefits.
