Annual review of the Salary and related cost document - draft recommendations, oversee scale construction and benchmarking. Preparation of the annual salary and workforce budget submission to Finance. Monitor the Group's remuneration dispensation Requirements Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Global Remuneration Practitioner (GRP) certification. Experience as general HR Practitioner, in job evaluation methodology , in a remuneration environment. Financial Services or Insurance experience advantageous. R750 000.00 – R900 000.00
