Clinical Research and Development Specialist: HBM Ref: CRS/BM/LM Salary: Market related Location: Pretoria Large Managed Care organisation seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Professional Nurse or Pharmacist to join the HBM department. Key responsibilities: Draft detailed, option-specific funding guidelines for HBM that are compliant with the principles of evidence -based medicine and PMB guidance. Identify needs for health technology assessment and guide the processes of development, writing, testing and roll -outs. Provide clinical research on an adhoc clinical topics. Providing feedback to Medical Advisor (Head of HBM), HBM Operations Manager and Executive Management interaction Research, develop and maintain funding guidelines for use by Hospital Benefit Management teams.
