Reservations and Banqueting Coordinator - Bela-Bela

Candidate Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • A qualification in hospitality is advantageous
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of OPERA PMS is required
  • Should have excellent customer service & organizational skills
  • Must have a valid RSA ID
  • A valid drivers license is beneficial
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Should be a self-starter with good negotiation skills
  • Must be dedicated, a team player, friendly and professional

Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution
This is a live-in position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with guests, as well as the Central Reservations
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Manage Group, Conference & Function Bookings
  • Coordinate bookings & uphold a high level of regular, frequent, accurate and
  • timely communication to all related departments within the lodge
  • Proactively anticipate guests needs and delivering first class experiences
  • Ensure that our service and product deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Monitor customers needs and promptly handle requests
