Restaurant Area Manager required for international brand Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of multiple fast-food restaurants within the assigned area, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Train, coach, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to uphold high standards of performance, customer service, and food safety. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics, and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern. Conduct regular inspections and audits of restaurants to assess cleanliness, food quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, local store marketing initiatives, and community engagement activities to drive traffic and increase sales. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the area. Ensure strict adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial targets, including controlling costs and maximizing profitability. Act as a liaison between restaurant management, corporate headquarters, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, feedback, and support as needed. Foster a positive work culture and team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development opportunities for staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in food safety and management are preferred. Proven track record of success in multi-unit management roles within the fast-food or hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of fast-food operations, including food preparation, quality standards, and restaurant management best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve performance goals. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
