We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Level Seven Restaurant and Sky bar. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure the Level 7 brand standards are always maintained. Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders, providing training and guidance to ensure seamless operations. Ensure daily restaurant operational requirements are met. Ensure smooth running of front of house and back of house. Grade 12 (Diploma/Degree qualification in Hospitality advantageous) 5 – 10 years' proven experience as a Restaurant Manager Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate in fluent English. Excellent people skills Innovative and proactive Ability to multitask, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently. Exceptional organizational skills. Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff. Market Related depending on experience.
