Make your passion your profession At Front Runner, our Retail Sales Consultants are the front line of selling our products and services to the public consumers. It is a Retail Sales Consultant‘s responsibility to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Our Retail Sales Consultants will also maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via regular follow up telephone calls and emails. Skills Required: • Previous experience in the automotive or 4x4 industry would be an advantage or a t least 3-5 years' experience in a Sales Environment. • Professional, dynamic, motivated and outgoing personality • Independent and structured working habit • High affinity for IT programmes, online platforms and good administration and organizational skills • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-quality products • Resilient, communicative, flexible, team player • Maintain an enthusiastic approach to the outdoor lifestyle and equipment for vehicles • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service support skills • Good phone contact handling skills and strong written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills • Customer orientated and ability to handle conflict type situations • Punctual, organized and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently and good time management and reporting skills • Willingness to work weekends • Driver ‘s license
