Responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our business objectives. Rainbow Chicken is on the lookout for an experienced Reward Manager to join our HR team. The role will report directly into our HR Director. Role Purpose: The Reward Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our business objectives, managing our compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in reward management, such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). Certification in data analysis or statistics. Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a reward management role, preferably in FMCG (a large and complex organization). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to various audiences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with HR systems and software, such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP. Strong understanding of relevant regulations, such as equal pay and discrimination laws. Experience in a global organization, with knowledge of international reward practices and regulations. Experience with talent management and performance management systems. Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement reward strategies that align with business objectives, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our reward programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Manage and maintain our compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits packages. Collaborate with HR Executives, Senior Business Leaders and other stakeholders to ensure reward programs are integrated with talent management and business objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as equal pay and discrimination laws. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our reward programs and make recommendations for improvements. Communicate reward programs and changes to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Manage and coordinate employee recognition and reward programs, such as employee of the month/quarter/year awards. Apply Now
