Rollout Contact Person (Chief Expert - Pretoria
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge.
- Change & Project Management expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage effectively.
- Strong business acumen.
- Prior experience in financial accounting areas such as Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, and Cost Accounting.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in global SAP template rollouts.
- IT Knowledge (SAP advantageous).
- Agile methodology experience.
- Proficiency in German.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- BCOM in Accounting.
- Postgraduate degree or certification.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and oversee market rollout for designated product.
- Maintain an overview of Feature Team-specific processes & structures.
- Ensure implementation & testing of Feature Team solution for markets.
- Conduct FIT/GAP workshops and introduce template processes to markets.
- Organize discussions on potential GAPs with FT experts.
- Maintain documentation of findings according to provided approach.
- Plan training and ensure its execution.
- Coordinate migration mapping workshops and authorisation topics.
- Support FT-specific UAT planning and cut over activities.
