We are currently seeking a proactive Account Executive to manage and enhance relationships with PCO and MICE clientele.The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and nurturing business relationships, conducting site inspections, and tapping in to new markets. Key responsibilities Handle all enquires related to PCO and MICE, ensuring timely and appropriate follow ups. Schedule, co-ordinate and conduct site inspections at our properties for potential clients. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new business opportunities within the PCO and MICE market Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure our offerings meet client needs Attend industry events, conferences and workshops to stay up dot date with market trends Track and report on sales metrics and KPI's regularly Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction. Minimum criteria 4 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events sector Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in Zoho or similar CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional time-management and organisational skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Market related Benefits
