Sales Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous
  • Be fully competent, regarding phone and email etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively between strong sales Team members
  • Driven, with the ability to take the initiative

DUTIES
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Organising events - sending out of Zoom meeting invitations and or Breakfast meeting invitations & Managing RSVPs
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Filing of original client documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Taking calls when Sales Consultants are in a meeting and sending the messages
  • Ordering of Business cards and marketing material for Sales Consultants
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation if required for Sales Consultants
  • Attending Sales and staff meetings
  • Whats-App messaging
  • Feedback and working towards a common goal together
Salary: dependent on experience
