An exciting opportunity has become available within a rapidly growing HR tech company, for a Sales & Growth Executive. The position is a remote / hybrid position in Cape Town. You will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and ultimately closing deals to achieve sales targets. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, , email and LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and pain points Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies Present and demonstrate our HR tech solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each client's unique requirements Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets Collaborate closely with the C-suite to ensure a seamless client onboarding process Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven track record of through the funnel sales experience success in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry HR Consulting background or a strong understanding of HR processes and technology, with previous experience selling HR software or solutions highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills Apply Now
