The ideal candidate has a passion for finding their own way to create success and accepts the challenge of talking to new people daily. Communication skills are key - you need to be comfortable talking to strangers over the phone and be a friendly person who is proud of what they do. Research, identify, and prospect for new clients to help build our prospect database Organize prospects in an everyday workable system Strive to convert all qualified prospects, who meet needs analysis criteria, into discussed appointments We will provide the training so that you can have a full understanding of core products across different verticals and the ability to discuss benefits while focusing on customers' needs Prospect and qualify new sales leads Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects Create, plan and deliver presentations on company products to prospects Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers Complies with and / or exceeds quotas Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort Experience with, and / or being comfortable with outgoing phone calls is a must (Cold calling) Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus Success in establishing relationships over the phone or in similar scenarios Skills Bilingual - English and Afrikaans The ability to be comfortable and persistent over the phone is a must Motivated by success, passionate and highly driven to achieve goals. Resilience, perseverance and an ability to overcome objections Learn fast. Demonstrates the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. Show tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile. Generate new and innovative approaches to problems. Teamwork - Reach out to peers and work with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship. Efficiency - able to produce significant output with minimal waste of effort. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas Proven record of successful customer relationship management Excellent interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Market Related Apply Now
