SALES AND OFFICE COORDINATOR / MONTAGUE GARDENS / WC - A multi-faceted company in Montague Gardens is requiring a Sales and Office Coordinator to oversee all operations for their Cape Town Branch. Valid Drivers license and own vehicle is ESSENTIAL
Requirements:
Grade 12, Tertiary qualification advantageous
Work independently and take the initiative
Minimum 3 years experience in administrative and/or sales position
Strong sales drive, Marketing and ability to build a client base and maintain existing Client base
Experience cold calling
Experience in HR advantageous
Ability to meet targets
Ability to manage a diverse job specification
Exceptional customer service
Excellent administrative skills
Ability to create and manage databases
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Valid drivers license and own vehicle ESSENTIAL
Salary: Market related
Hours of work: Trading hours are 08h00 to 17h00 Monday - Friday
