Sales Coordinator Market Related - IX Online Ltd. - Westville

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. This role requires a combination of administrative tasks and telesales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who has excellent customer service skills and enjoys a varied workload. It is a hybrid position requiring a self-equipped workstation with a personal computer and a reliable internet connection from home, with occasional in-person meetings at our Westville office. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions by updating client information on our Dealer Gateway system. Check that Sales Billable tasks are worked on in a timeously manner and that feedback is loaded on the tasks. Telephonic client communication regarding Smart Manager essentials and onboard them effectively. Support Key Account Managers and the Head of Sales by managing the Booking app to identify new clients and prospects. Capture weekly KPI figures in in order for the Sales Team Leader to action the management KPI's Assist in client proposals, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Manage the creation of new accounts and the addition of team members within the Dealer Gateway system. Support with OEM and Pre-Owned contacts by ensuring accuracy and completeness. Gr.12 School leaving certificate is essential Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to sales environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Proficiency in using CRM software Proficiency in Google Drive: docs, sheets and slide and Microsoft package Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a non-negotiable. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
