Sales Director - Benoni

• Minimum 15 years experience in Mechanical and/or Industrial sales
• Technicial qualification will be beneficial
• Other advanced masters tertiary qualifications will be favourably considered
• Must be attuned to energy storage and associated customer service industry trends
• Responsible for marketing
• Achieving and exceeding budgeted Sales Revenue and Gross Profit
• Manage customer relations and supplier relations to ensure satisfaction and strategic partnerships
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
• Oversee sales departments in Johannesburg (JNB), KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), Cape Town (CPT), and
  Port Elizabeth (PLZ)
• Monitor and enhance the performance of sales representatives
• Manage the Sales workforce, providing accurate information to departments, including operations and finance
