Seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with 5 years' working experience to be responsible for selecting, quoting, troubleshooting and promoting all Original Equipment Manufactured Products and Spares up to and including the Services/ Refurbishments of the companies range of High-Pressure High-Temperature Valves and Pumps as well as other product lines to both Domestic and International Markets. All activities will be focused in expanding the product market share into key growth markets such as Africa. Achieve project objectives by compiling project proposals; conferring with management for various projects and bids in both the Government (Municipal and Provincial) and Private Sector markets. Mechanical Engineering Knowledge Service and Product support knowledge – High Pressure High Temperature Valves and Pumps Knowledge and experience of souricng and submitting Government bids/ Tenders Sourcing of documents and ability to compile and complete Technical Data for the processing of Material Numbers Compiling and Evaluating Tender Returnable and Requirements Understand and execute evaluation criteria and returnable Deadline driven Abiltiy to manage a Sales and Services/ Refurbishments Team Management of processes and systems for Services/ Refurbishments Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment Abiltiy to work under pressure and work overtime as and when required Engineering/Technical and/or Commercial Degree/Diploma (Minimum NQF 6) 5 Years' of experience in Project Sales (Mandatory) API and chemical Pump knowledge Pump selection and application knowledge Engineering Sales Experience Complete and finalise Tender Documents Key Account Responsibilities Work experience with Power Producting Entities such as ESKOM i.e. Boiler and Turbine (water, heat, gas, coal and steam) Project Management Microsoft Office Suite Proficient (Including MS Projects or Primavera) Well versed with compliances and engineering standards eg. ASME and BSEN Ability to compile Technical Data and information on Data Sheets in resepct of valves and pumps Market related
