The Sales Executive: Enterprise and Supplier Development (Sales Executive: ESD) is required to proactively and zealously develop and establish new corporate business, maintaining key relationships with existing clients and selling Raizcorp's offering to both. In addition to this, the Sales Executive: ESD is required to inform the business of market trends relating to the Arize division's products, and continually innovate in this space to keep Raizcorp's offering relevant. The Sales Executive: ESD is a premium brand ambassador to the organisation at all times. The Sales Executive: ESD key responsibilities include: Required to sell Arize Products to a primarily Corporate Market. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to be completely up to date on BBBEE legislation and the various Charters and should remain current at all times. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to present confidently to large audiences as well as to individuals. (Presentation Skills) Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pipeline and status of each client and provide information to Head of Sales and other relevant internal divisions. Keep Salesforce.com up to date on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Attend weekly and monthly internal meetings to provide feedback and update on pipeline. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to spend time developing and maintaining a Channel, these are typically BEE consultants, Accountants etc. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to be aggressive in sales and make at least 40 new sales calls per week. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to achieve the meeting target as set out by the target agenda. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to travel both locally (Gauteng) and nationally in order to pursue clients. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to maintain relationships with all their clients and this means at least one meeting per quarter. The Sales Executive : ESD will be required to complete all proposals to prospective clients themselves. Assistance may be gleaned from Directors and Proposal Writers from time to time. The Sales Executive : ESD will follow the pricing guidelines as set out per Arize product from year to year. No discounting or variance on delivery may be offered to clients without management's approval. Attending, completing and passing (Pracex's, Exercises and examinations included) the Raizcorp Academy Product Map training. Will be required to travel to other regions from time to time to conduct workshops, presentations or potential sales. Will be required to attend and pass all sales courses conducted and facilitated at Raizcorp. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to man exhibition stands from time to time, including weekends, public holidays and after hours. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to ensure all sales calls do not clash with the sales meeting held weekly. The Sales Executive: ESD will be required to assist other Solutions Architects from time to time with going to meetings if the other Solutions Architect cannot make the meeting. The Sales Executive : ESD will be required to make contact with MFC (Middle Finger Club) potential clients on a monthly basis through value-add communication. Keeping salesforce.com updated daily, weekly and monthly. The Sales Executive : ESD will be subject to at least two observation sessions (also known as sales pitches) during his / her fixed term contract. The observation sessions take the form of a formal pitch the Sales Executive : ESD would have to pre-prepare and present to a predetermined panel – the Sales Executive : ESD must be aware that strong presentation skills are an inherent requirement of all sales executives / solutions architect roles within Raizcorp Supplier Development. The Sales Executive : ESD must accept and understand that that on-the-job observation sessions will be required and the Sales Executive : ESD must submit to completing these sessions. is expected to complete the requisite training, planning, preparation, rehearsal and questioning of superiors and colleagues in advance, prior to these observation sessions or pitches. is expected to take these sessions with the necessary level of seriousness as this may directly impact the employment with the Company. Every employee within the Sales Department has an active, specific and clear duty to disclose any and all business interests as it arises at any point during your period of employment with Raizcorp. There is a specific duty on all Sales employees to actively report to Raizcorp management in the event that they become aware of any activities by colleagues that may be unethical, illegal, in contravention of our restraint of trade clauses in the contract of employment. All employees bare the duty to comply with Raizcorp's policies and practices, specifically the anti-bribery and corruption policy. A degree or diploma in Sales / Marketing / Commerce preferential. Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in external sales. Minimum 5 years' experience in solutions sales. Strong experience in group facilitation and boardroom presentations is an inherent requirement of the role. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience using a CRM system. Proven ability to learn vast quantities of material in a short period of time. Creative and strategic ability in developing solutions for clients. Apply Now
