Responsibilities- Coordinate supplier and customer orders.
- Compile sales reports, price offers.
- Keep track of supply and delivery of products (vessels, trucks).
- Obtain import permits, certificates of conformity, label requirements, purchase orders, etc.
- Update and maintain customer information.
- Creditors and debtors coordination.
- Prepare Sales orders and Invoices.
- Coordinate imports and port operations and documentation.
- General administrative tasks.
Requirements- Grade 12 (relevant admin qualification beneficial).
- Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer orientated.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans.
- Geographical knowledge.
- Knowledge of supply chain will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of imports and export will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of road and sea freight will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of clearing and forwarding documents will be beneficial.
