We are seeking a driven and articulate Sales Representatives to join our sales teams at our branches in Clairwood - Durban, and Pretoria West. Present, market, and sell goods and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning. Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and consumer rapport. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Monitor sales and status updates, assess the potential of the market or region. Supply management with reports. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedbackk. Matric. 2 years' sales experience in FMCG. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements and Skills: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG the industry would be advantageous. Actively promote the sale of company products and generate increased sales from potential new customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive professional business relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs. Ability to manage relationships and willingness to accept criticism. Basic Commission Own car essential with valid driver's licence Petrol allowance 13 th Cheque
