We are seeking dynamic and target-driven sales representatives to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidates will have experience in the staffing or temporary employment industry and a proven record of success in sales Present, promote and sell company services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in your zone allocation and across all client categories. Perform needs analysis of existing and potential clients to determine outsource, task and temp requirements. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Prospect for new clients through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of site issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes. Know how to accurately quote clients for the full scope of services the company has to offer. Ensure two new quotations are generated each week. Follow up on quotes submitted to existing clients as well as prospects timeously. Ensure that you have 10 qualified prospects available to be approached at any time. Ensure that you visit at least four existing clients per day. Ensure that there is communication with at least one prospect daily. Ensure that all signed off rates, Sales/Admin documents pertaining to existing clients and prospects are handed over properly to the Compliance Department. Follow up on all quotations within 24 hours of presentation to ensure adjustments are done timeously. Visit allocated clients and prospects according to the client/prospect ratings. Arrange meetings with all relevant role players. Ensure that new client information, plus current clients rate changes and rules are adhered to. At handover of new clients, ensure that all parties understand their roles and responsibilities within the scope of the new agreement. Submit all compliance checklists with required documentation to the Compliance Department. Ensure that all quotes are vetted by the General Manager. Ensure that checklists submitted with contracts to the Admin Department. Send all signed wage schedules to the bookkeeper for implementation. Report all information derived accurately from face-to-face visits, whether positive or negative to the Operations Manager and Compliance Department. Ensure that all daily reports and diaries are submitted as per the given deadlines to the National Office Support Administrator. Adhere to SOPs/Procedures/Rules relating to all your company assets and vehicle that has been allocated to you. Report all issues to Sales Manager timeously. - Matric -Post matric qualification in Marketing, or related preferred -Proven 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or temporary employment industry -Strong negotiation and communication skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -Available Immediately Apply Now
