QualificationRequirements- Minimum of 3 years sales administration experience
- Must have knowledge and understanding of the Hygiene / Pest Control industry (Not negotiable)
- Knowledge of Sage Evolution or similar
Duties- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating sales quotations, capturing customer orders, and providing customer service support.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolving complaints and issues, and ensuring that clients have a positive experience. Daily duties include answering customer calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing product pricing.
- Document Management: Maintain delivery documents and records of executed orders. Daily duties include issue of picking slips and delivery notes of confirmed sales orders, maintaining a register of deliveries in progress, and submission of signed delivery notes to accounts department for invoicing.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure deliveries, sales- and accounts queries are handled efficiently. Daily duties include coordinating with accounts department, warehouse and logistics team, and communicating updates to the sales team.
- Reporting: Maintain reports on sales order development on a weekly basis.
