This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales focused team Leader to aid in the development and growth of a high caliber team in an environment where hard work and innovation are highly rewarded. • Setting team objectives and regular review periods • Development of a balanced scorecard of team members • Key Performance Indicator setting and analysis • Driving continuous improvement in the service provided to customers and sales targets • Coaching and mentoring staff across various levels of seniority • Inspiring team members to provide market leading customer service levels • Support projects and new initiatives across the company xperience 2 year strong sales experience is mandatory with a proven track record of sales and achieving targets 1 year experience in a team manager / leadership capacity and capable of managing a team of 10/12 staff at various levels of their careers. Drive Sales within the team Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Availability to work flexible shifts for the US Market. Credit and Criminal Clear Must have a strong sales experience background. Competencies, Skills and Abilities: Must be keen on working for a high-paced performance-driven company and help develop processes and best practices. Should be a people manager who can inspire people to succeed in sales service industry where there is constant change and an environment that is process and sales experience-driven.
