RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE: Manage staff Addressing client complaints Oversee daily salon operations Stock taking and ordering supplies Managing staff timetable Overseeing promotional strategies Preparing work schedules for salon staff Process payments Reporting to the salon owner Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports Ensure retail sales goals are met APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: International Skincare qualifications Confident with all beauty treatments 2 years experience as somatologist 2 years management experience REMUNERATION: Basic sliding scale commission (depends on experience)
