ITIL Process Oracle Concepts Linux concepts SAP SP upgrades (SUM process and preparation task) Assist and guide with performance issues SAP EHP upgrade process (SUM) Diploma or Degree in Information Technology SAP K3/K4 Certification 5 year's experience in SAP Basis skills (installation, configuration and support) 5 year's experience SAP HANA experience 5 years SAP Charm process Jira Apache Kafka configuration SAP Confluence sFTP IBM MQ Remedy / Service now Agile working Module
