Role Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents
- Configure SAP MM module and organizational structures
- Prepare testing documents and conduct internal testing
- Prepare master data templates for various objects
- Integrate SAP MM module with other modules and systems
- Prepare cut over strategy for MM objects
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions
- Provide post Go-live support and troubleshooting
- Handle tickets and tasks within defined SLAs
- Raise Change Requests (CRs) and write Functional Specifications
- Execute changes through configuration and testing
- Interact with consultants of other modules for integration
- Conduct SAP Module process configuration and maintain documentation
- Analyze and scope End-user authorization roles
- Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and System Integration security tests
- Propose solutions to improve support of business processes
- Support functional team with issues and provide solutions-based approach
