The main purpose of this position is to ensure and support the efficient running of the company's operations, through the performance of a multitude of clerical, administrative and finance tasks. The position also includes providing managerial, administrative support for the administration department. Psycho-legal administrative support: Book and schedule assessments for all the branches Send out psycho-legal reports, addendum reports and joint minutes to attorneys for external experts Make travel arrangements for all provincial bookings i.e. flight and office space bookings, hotel and restaurant reservations Request outstanding expert documents from attorneys and RAF Scan and file electronic records of assessment documents (i.e., assessment notes and/or hard copies of expert reports, proof of earnings etc.) Load expert reports on Dropbox and notify the report writers Filing & maintenance of electronic & manual records for all psycho-legal department document General Administrative Support Filing & maintenance of electronic & manual records for all psycho-legal department document Prepare meeting and assessment rooms prior to meetings and assessment Take minutes of meeting Gather materials to be filed from departments and staf Add new material to file records and create new records as necessar Operate switchboard/telephone by answering, screening and forwarding calls to the relevant person(s), taking messages and scheduling appointments Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorised user Sort or classify information according to guidelines i.e., content, purpose and user criteri Place materials into storage holders (i.e., file cabinets, boxes, bins and/or drawers) according to classification and identification of information Submission and liaising with RAF and Plaintiff Attorneys regarding joint minutes Prepare Travel Board packs for expert Flight Booking Generate invoice for out-of-town office space rentals Assisting in overseeing administration department and providing support to all departments External expert administrative duties Claimant bookings for various experts Booking of office spaces Generating invoices for experts Sending out reports and joint minutes to relevant parties Qualifications: Grade 12/ and a relevant post matric qualification in administration will be an added advantage towards application Experience: 2 years of administrative experience R12 000 - R15 000 per month Apply Now
