Reference: PTA009864-NL-1 Purpose of the Position: Provision of high-quality civil engineering design and project management to support the activities of a multi-disciplinary, global engineering consultancy. Lead, mentor, and direct a team of 10 - 15 professional staff. Exciting career and lifestyle opportunity in sunny Queensland. Position: Senior /Associate Engineer - Roads &Highways ( 2 positions) Location: Australia, North Queensland / Northern Territory Salary: Above market salaries, plus relocation assistance(including visas) Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / equivalent professional qualification recognised under the Washington Accord. Professional registration with the ECSA / RPEQ. Experience : 6 to 10 years' experience supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure (roads) A record of achievement within an engineering design consultancy environment. Proven ability to build trusted relationships, reinforce positive change and win new work. Key responsibilities : Demonstrating strong technical skills produce civil engineering designs to support the production of detailed engineering designs and reports for tender submissions / proposals. Ensuring that analysis and design tasks meet appropriate technical standards. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain quality and timely co-ordination of project deliverables. Actively contribute to the technical success of projects and the team's ability to consistently produce superior project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
