As a Senior BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities. You will collaborate closely with end users, analysts, and management to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide estimations. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our BI platform, mentoring junior team members, and promoting industry best practices. Responsibilities: Collaborate with end users and analysts to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Provide estimations to management for BI development projects. Support the current BI platform by optimizing processes. Mentor junior team members and promote industry best practices. Assess and integrate new tools to enhance BI capabilities. Enhance existing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) and data validation frameworks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems Microsoft Certification. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior BI Developer. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence Development. Minimum 1 year of experience with Reporting and Visualization Tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI. Proficiency in ETL processes and tools. Strong knowledge of Programming and Scripting Languages such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and T-SQL. Experience with data warehouse platforms R450 000 to R500 000 p.a
