Supporting of all Farms and Hatchery administration related functions together with the Farms Administration team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Supporting of all Farms and Hatchery administration related functions together with the Farms Administration team. Full Stock management responsibility on site. Assist with weekly expense forecasts and budgets. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports and graphs as required. Review and capturing of Breeder farms and hatchery data on AFS. Capturing of all Breeder farm and hatchery Purchase requisitions. Handling of all Breeder farm and hatchery creditors queries. Any other general day to day functions as required. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: A Matric Certificate/ Equivalent. An accounting background would be advantageous. 4-6 years Administration or Accounting experience. Excellent administrative and time management skills. Computer knowledge and experience is essential. Essential that the successful Candidate is self-motivated & has the ability to meet strict deadlines.
