Education:

Matric with excellent English results
Business analyst certification
Bachelors Degree in Business and/or relevant Information Systems qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 6 years working experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis.
Agile/ Waterfall / scrum knowledge
Working understanding of JIRA or similar case management system
Product Owner experience
Good facilitation skills in joint application design (JAD)
