Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst at Losika Consulting, you will be at the forefront of transforming the banking industry. You will collaborate with our clients, leading financial institutions, to understand their business needs, analyze processes, and develop strategic solutions that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions. Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and ensure continuous improvement. Lead process engineering initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize operations. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation. Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and drive consensus among cross-functional teams. Develop comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking industry, with a deep understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams. Expertise in process engineering, including process mapping, analysis, and optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
