We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Gqeberha. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing sector. This position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Duration: 6- month contract (renewable) for a hybrid working environment Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows within the manufacturing industry. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and goals. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive consensus. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Act as a liaison between technical teams, management staff, and clients to ensure project success. Provide expert guidance and support to junior members of the business analysis team. Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and other business analysis tools.
