Your role is central to forging meaningful partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and crafting bespoke learning solutions that resonate with the evolving needs of businesses nationwide. Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals to address client needs, while negotiating terms and closing deals promptly Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities and attend relevant workshops, conferences, and networking events Matric Proven B2B Sales Experience with a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Learning and Development sector Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the South African Learning and Development landscape Familiarity with soft skills training and leadership programs and their impact on organizational development Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts and tailor communication to different stakeholders Results-driven: Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Own Reliable Transport
