A well-known organisation is looking for a Senior Human Capital Business Partner. The main purpose of the role is to lead and guide the Human Capital (HC) Business Partners, as well as to provide value and additional HC services to management and the employees of the company. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Manage the implementation and development of the HR Business partnering Strategies, ensuring that the business strategy is inline with the agreed time frames, budget, and reporting, that meets the company's performance standards. Provide operational support to the Head of Human Capital in executing the necessary Human Capital organizational and strategic measures that are parallel with the company's policies, procedures, and initiatives. Increase efficiency within the Human Capital operations. This is achieved by tracking and monitoring the implementation of newly developed documentation and systems such as SOP ‘s and automated processes that use technological platforms designed for the HR processes, that gather and interpret data, in order to accelerate the administrative processes required. Advice business units on human capital management practices to contribute to the high-performance culture and develop a team of HC Business Partners to lead. This is achieved by providing the team methods on the ways to improve work relationships, buildup team morale, increase productivity and retain the team's clients. Mentor managers and junior staff about important HC procedures and SOPs. Manage compliance with employee remuneration and benefits offering. Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed, and reported. Directing and supporting the HC Business Partners in their duties to support the delivery of the Human Capital strategy. Key Competencies HR Legislative Compliance HR & Project Management Experience Interpersonal Skills Risk Management Transformational Leadership Results-Driven Decisive Strong Multitasker Requirements: Grade 12 Post graduate qualification in Human Resources or industrial Psychology or related. 8 - 10 years relevant exposure as a generalist with strong culture change experience. Experience in financial services environment (preferably Asset Management) will be added advantage. Proven track record of HC Business Partnering and Operations Management Project Management Experience Kindly note that all positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
