Applications are now open for the position of Senior Credit Controller. Duties will include working on the corporate (business) collection accounts and collecting on corporate accounts, ensuring KPI targets are met, minimising bad debt, resolving queries, liaising with third parties to resolve account disputes, ensuring monthly billing and reports are sent out, and many other functions. Working on the corporate (business) collection accounts and collecting on corporate accounts Ensuring KPI targets are met in terms of minimising bad debt Investigating and resolving queries Liaising with third parties to resolve account disputes Ensuring monthly billing and reports are sent out Ensuring speedy dispute resolution Managing daily coding of the bank statement Maintaining relationships with customers Attending client meetings when required Working towards set collection targets Allocating payments Approving new business for existing customers Matric and a Diploma in Credit Management At least 3 years experience as a Corporate Credit Controller Experience working on a book larger than R80 Million Advanced Excel experience Ability to negotiate at Executive level Own car and valid drivers license Ability to perform complex account reconciliations
