Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for demand planning? We're seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead our demand planning process, driving strategic decisions that align with our business objectives. Achieve ingredients and stock holding targets through effective demand planning. Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports for a 12-18 month planning horizon. Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches. Measure the impact of forecast accuracy and implement new processes for improvement. Recommend adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends. Analyze sales team feedback to refine the sales forecast. Conduct current and future forecasting analysis to support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems. Prepare, report, and communicate forecast, inventory, and replenishment measurements to senior management. Update weekly and daily management reports with relevant data. Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic and operational involvement in demand planning functions. Utilize in-house systems for data analysis and reporting effectively. Relevant qualification in supply chain management or related field. 5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role. Flexibility to work overtime and long hours as needed. Ability to adapt to change and multitask effectively. Competencies: Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong systems-driven approach. Expertise in Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous. Knowledge and experience with forecasting software systems. Strong understanding of demand planning and production planning processes. Solid analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and customer service experience.
