The ideal candidates is a highly organised and efficient Senior Executive PA, that provides top-notch administrative support to a high-level Executive. In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of the executive's time and productivity, ensuring seamless operations in both their professional and personal lives. What you will be doing: Managing appointments, inbox, and correspondence Prioritizing meetings and calls across multiple time zones Arranging travel and tracking expenses Coordinating departmental events Managing workflows and monitoring budgets Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships Conducting research and compiling information for projects Updating materials for meetings and presentations Assisting with personal tasks and errands What you will need: At least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, working alongside a C-suite executive member/ the MD or CEO If you have a degree – bonus (but not a pre-requisite) Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Adaptability to work in a virtual and international environment Excellence in dealing with confidential information Passion, initiative, and dedication to quality Strong proficiency in MS Office suite You get a kick out of your ability to think ahead and foresee possible problems before they arise Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Competitive
