Other duties include: Present financial reports and highlight potential risk areas to senior management. Oversee the preparation of accounting records, financial reports, and analysis, including tax compliance schedules. Act as the primary liaison during external audits. Manage relationships with the company's bankers. Prepare and deliver segmental and company management accounts.
