Reference: NPr000839-EHo-1 Global services conglomerate seeks to employ an experienced and strategic Order to Cash Head to join their dynamic finance team based in Cape Town CBD. The successful candidate will form part of the Finance Shared Service Centre and leadership team. This role will lead and be accountable for the global O2C function, which will include accounts receivable, billing and credit control, covering all regions globally. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Ensure global payment procedures processes are adhered to in line with SLA's Accountable for global O2C function Lead and mentor team Manage processing of customer invoices, receipt of cash, adherence to payment terms and manage disputes Prepare and present KPIs in relation to O2C Accountable for accurate and timely aged debtors reporting, communication and escalation with commercial teams Collaborate on projects Provide input for internal and external audits Promote process improvements and compliance across business Own delivery of transactional services for group Take ownership for team's adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including regular performance reporting Education Requirements: Completed Matric (Grade 12) Relevant tertiary qualification Job Requirements and Skills: 8 to 10 years' of experience in a similar role (leadership and O2C / billing / credit control experience) Strong team management experience (team size of 10 to 15) BPO / SSC experience preferred Multi-currency or multi country experience Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong experience of undergoing or leading process changes and improvements Attention to detail Excellent ability to articulate complex problems across business Proficient in MS packages Strong analytical skills Deadline driven Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment Team player If this sounds like you; please do not hesitate to apply For more finance jobs, please visit www.networkrecruitmentinternational.com If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
