Join our client as a Senior Marketing Strategist The Senior Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in leading the marketing department and developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive sales growth, revenue expansion, lead generation and brand awareness, positioning the company as a trusted leader in the Fintech sector. Marketing Strategy Develop marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential Fintech opportunities. Identify and leverage on relevant industry events, conferences, and partnerships that align with the company's goals. Develop strategies to maximise brand visibility, generate new leads, and establish relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients. Client Acquisition/Leads Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential leads. Create compelling and engaging content across various channels. Assess lead quality and readiness through lead scoring and qualification criteria to prioritise follow-up efforts. Brand Management Develop and maintain the company's internal and external brand identity. Monitor and manage online reputation across social media platforms, sites, and other online channels. Oversee all branding-related projects. Implement branding initiatives to differentiate the company from competitors and build brand loyalty. Represent the brand at conferences, events and exhibitions to increase awareness. Establish brand authority through sponsored content articles, blogs, press releases and thought leadership pieces. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Serve as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations to support cross-functional projects and initiatives and drive business growth. Provide leadership and partnering in marketing and branding of key products and projects to key stakeholders. Ensure all internal and external projects are delivered within scope, budget and timeframes. Marketing analytics, continuous improvement and reporting Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyse key performance metrics, identify trends and patterns, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics. Effectively report on outcomes, through leveraging data, identifying insights, and making recommendations for continuous improvement. Leadership Lead and mentor the Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, helping them acquire new skills and knowledge necessary for their roles. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular feedback sessions, and provide opportunities for professional growth. 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a strategic marketing role, with 3 years leadership experience in managing teams and projects Comprehensive experience in strategic planning and execution, marketing analysis and industry trends, lead generation and conversion, client acquisition, relationship management and industry engagement Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Postgraduate qualification or professional certification with a certified institute - advantageous Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis Event marketing, strategic partnerships and sponsorship: Experience in planning and executing event marketing strategies, including identifying relevant industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Developing thought leadership pieces Ability to track and measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives, analyse performance metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform future strategy decisions Proficiency in marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing processes, nurture leads, and optimise marketing campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness Advanced proficiency in various digital marketing strategies and tools Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to optimise website visibility, drive organic traffic, and manage paid advertising campaigns effectively Brand management Social media platforms Data analytics and reporting CRM systems Marketing analytics Project Management and change management Budget management Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and multimedia tools Compliance and Regulatory knowledge MS Office Suite Emotionally intelligent, communicates with impact, collaborates effectively and solutions focused Apply Now
