We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and API Connect to join our dynamic Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing processes within Salesforce environments, as well as integrating systems using API Connect. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and API Connect to join our dynamic Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing processes within Salesforce environments, as well as integrating systems using API Connect. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of processes within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and custom development when necessary. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using API Connect, ensuring data consistency and seamless communication. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the effectiveness and reliability of implemented solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends, and proactively recommend enhancements to optimize system performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-15 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Salesforce and API Connect. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Expertise in API Connect or similar API management platforms, including API design, development, and integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
