R & R is looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our young, dynamic and diverse team. Full-time position Office based in Irene/Centurion. Site visits will be required (own car essential for local travelling) ROLE OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be responsible for Planning and Scheduling on Major Mining Capital Projects. Planning & Scheduling Must have MSP or P6 experience. Mining experience Projects environment EPCM experience will be advantages. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification/certifications in related field 5-10 years of general, mining and/or construction experience Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and mining industry Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. KEY COMPETENCIES: Ability to work effectively within a team setting and also to provide leadership when required to do so. Detail-orientated and meticulous. Proven planning and coordinating abilities. Teamwork and collaboration (engaging and listening, building trust, communicating effectively and being assertive). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to assist even if considered outside the job description. Dependent on current remuneration and experience
