Our client, an established Offshore Investment House based in La Lucia, Durban are expanding their team. This is your opportunity to offer a unique investment to the South African market through selling offshore Buy-to-Let properties. Your investor will enjoy steady returns in a foreign currency through his investment in Student Accommodation, Services Units and/or Residential Investments. Partnering with international vendors, you can offer your clients an “all encompassing” service from the acquisition of the property to the management thereof. Facilitate sales to high income earners in their personal capacity i.e. Business Owners, C-Suite, Doctors, Lawyers and other professional individuals. Leads are generated through your own established network and provided by the company. Our client has a track record of 55% repeat and referral business so your networking ability will be greatly rewarded in this environment. You must be a seasoned sales consultant with over 5 years sales experience with a history of achieving targets You must have at least 2 sales positions calling on either a similar client base or a high level client base A hunter, go-getter, high energy person who can do the numbers Strong closing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset Corporate dress code and own reliable transport R38 500 CTC. This is a guaranteed salary package. Excellent commission and incentive structure. You will be based at and work from the La Lucia offices, this is not a work from home opportunity.
