Support Citrix Virtual Apps, Desktops, Citrix Application Delivery Controllers and Citrix DaaS Analysis and reporting on Citrix system health Patch management of Citrix systems 1st and 2nd line support - assistance and resolve escalations Matric / Grade 12 Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP - V) or similar Minimum 5 years Citrix support experience Must have a good understanding of Citrix and Microsoft server infrastructure Salary Market Related
