Administration •Repair book in •Repair capturing. •Service centre quote (& day turnaround time) •Repair - assessments. •Repair - completion process. •Customer negligence process •Ensure stock takes are managed and prepared within the allocated time frame and minimise losses to agreed parameters. •Ensure company policies and procedures are always adhered to. •Ensure timesheet deadlines are met and sent to payroll on time. •Ensure constant follow up on customer quotations. •Monitor quotation - RNR after 7 days. Monitor Reverse logistics (Receiving) •Repairs - check completed lists. •Repairs – check receiving trip sheet sign over. •Repairs – check documentation is in order. •Check on repair paperwork vs physical machine vs repair trip sheet. Monitor Reverse Logistics (Despatch) •Check on trip sheet signed by team leader and reverse logistics. •Check that repair list corresponds with repair receiving check list. Housekeeping: •Monitor general housekeeping. Monitor Customer Care/ Adhering to CPA procedures. •Continuous customer update and feedback •Telephonically /E-mail customer communication •Managing customer care •Customer feedback to general Tevo complaints •Prevent customer dissatisfaction. •All paperwork completed. •Filing is up to date. •Standards maintained. SLA monitoring •Adhering to external SLA with retailer (21 day) •Adhering to internal SLA (7 day) •Immediate action during “high influx periods” to ensure SLA is adhered. •Addressing area managers (regional managers) not collecting or delivering repairs in the relevant time •Repairs internal SLA •Daily SLA Report Feedback Inventory: •Forecast spare usage to ensure stock holding is sufficient to ensure turnaround time of repairs are not effective. •Ensuring correct paperwork is done daily for movement of spares: -Ordering -Receiving -Allocating •Ensuring Cycle counts are done daily. Education: Formal Qualifications: Level of Education: Matric Skills & Experience: •3-4 years of Administration experience. •Good communication and organizational skills •Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Competencies: •Valid Driver's License (Advantageous) •Excellent Customer Service •Target driven. •Reliable and trustworthy Market Related Apply Now
