Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant - Somerset West
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare for the arrival of customers
- Take care of customers at the initial consultation upon arrival
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on the system
- Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles, and update control systems
- Liaise with customers regularly throughout the service
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Vehicle handover
- Customer follow-up and reminders
- Minimum 2 years' Service Advisor experience in an Automotive Dealership
- Computer literate (Office Suite)
- Driver's license and own transport
- Completed Certificated Service Advisor Training would be advantageous
